It’s was a lot better then the last month I went they let us go for a month instead of 3 weeks it just so hard to take off work that much to drive an hour to get there then wait there to see the doctor then drive an hour home I have to take off work each time I come cause I don’t know how long it will take me or how traffic is there or on the way back but thank you for all the hard work you all do for us

Waited hours for my appointment never got it or contacted by anyone about it!! Been out of meds for a few days and says I have a next appointment on the 31st of August and that's 2 weeks in between. Called pharmacy to see if maybe they were called in bc doctor was busy but nope!!

I was told you would be accepting insurance soon,that was almost a year ago. So when is this going to happen?

I was not able to go into the office for my appt.mybappt was n the phone with a provider I had never seen or spoke to. We spoke for about ten mins. When my daughter picked up my prescription , it was a wrong scrip. I hope this is fixed today. It's important for me and my sobriety that this mishap is fixed

Takes too much time for everything. There’s not enough people compared to patients.

This is the second pre authorization that my insurance company has given you guys my insurance took effect in 10-01-2019 and it’s 8-17-2020 and I still do not have my refund I paid cash from October until March you guys said 90 days then 120 days then 180 days what the heck if I charged twice and could not pay on the third day you would not let me dose so why do you have the right to hold my money for six months. My next step is going to call my lawyer and the better business bureau.

It was terrible. I never had a problem till this month. On Friday I never received zoom notifications and I forgot as well last night I was never contacted I called in I was put into zoom meeting and was in there 29 mins waiting eventually I had to disconnect And go back to work

Well I’ve been going here since they pretty much opened....... it was my choice to stop pain management, as I was only growing a tolerance with no relief in site. I was told the suboxone would help me better, as well as getting me off all the pills the doctors were writing me. I went to crossroads to get my life back with a steady dose of just 3 suboxone per day. This place as you know started as EHC medical which was awesome, as I said I go here for pain management.
