The wait is too long sometimes and the sessions are repetitive it’s the same stuff everyday, I wish the clinic focused more on coming off the stuff I’ve been on it for 10 years now and have never been pushed to be off they don’t tell you methadone is harder to come off than the other drugs. I think it’s worse because you can be stable so you are ok with bei on it for the rest of your life . I just wish it was more about rehabilitation than just money. It can be cheaper especially when you hAve states that provide it for free

I originally transferred from the crossroads in Florence to the one in Columbia and due to my job I have guest dosed at numerous clinics all over the us, and by far my favorite clinic is the crossroads of Columbia they have treated me very good and always looked out for me and my recovery and I’m very grateful. The Florence clinic however was an awful experience.

The hours of available appointments are awful. Also, it is strange to me that i will supposedly have the first appointment of thenday but then talk to other patients who tell me they were told they could get in first. I have small children and work and my time is precious and short.

I have enjoyed coming here until the recent changes with little explanation. I travel a considerable distance to get here, and I cannot drive myself. I’ve been told appointments are every three weeks now. This only makes things harder on me. I can’t get a straight answer as to why this change occurred. And to top it off my hometown pharmacy can no longer fill “out of state” prescriptions so I’m being forced to drive another 45 minutes toward Knoxville to get my medication now.

Need to get Drug screens back up and running. So we can phase up. It’s keeping more people in there longer so we are all going to catch Covid 19. I need to phase up???? Why? The long lines have been fixed. Thank you. But I need to be able to phase up that’s part of my recover plan. Thank you.

The director is great, the girls and the security team are awesome. Nursing staff is very friendly and always professional. However I am very disappointed by the counselor I was initially given Kathy but am being switched to someone else who can help. What I’d like to see is WORKING HOURS between a certain time and just allot a certain slot of hours for working people and those who are guest dosing and unemployed can come after that. It’s too stressful for ppl who work at certain times versus ppl who just want to get there m... read more
