The problem I have with the clinic it’s not a very organized facility the receptionist is always out and away from the desk doing other things and there has been times when you come into the clinic early in the morning and Im headed to work and the receptionist is not even at the desk Now don’t get me wrong she is the nicest lady but when I’m late for work my job can care less about the nice lady at the methadone clinic there’s times when there’s a line at the window and she is in the back attending to other stuff and not t... read more

Horrible experiences over and over again. Schedule me at wrong offices. Wrong days. Wrong times. Send scripts to wrong pharmacy. Just went 3 days sick trying to get my script filled cause dr wouldnt answer phone after sending to wrong pharmacy

I waited over an hour to be seen!! They could have offered me a zoom visit but never did. I will only use a zoom visit to be seen at that office. I will never wait like that again!! That was totally outrageous!!!

I cannot do the Telahealth visits which would’ve much better because your nurse practitioner an or some dr think they are God an messed up my schedule. I had monthly’s before the pandemic started did the Telahealth visit an depending on the mood of the dr I got them or did not at no fault of my own them when ask why they threaten you with getting your script. Next visit I go into the Kensington office to give urine so I can get my monthly’s back see the dr an DONOT even get a urine. This is unfair an I missed work. Y’all nu... read more

The CVS on 26th street didnt have suboxin so I called crossroads back to switch pharmacys yesterday 8-8-2020. I called atleast 10X and the girls there were great but the dr. Left at noon and never responded to any of the emails messages or phone calls. I have been detoxing since I was there yesterday at 8:45am. No sleep all night and very sick! Thank god when I called today the dr. On call got my script called in and I'm having my daughter drive me to get it in about 10 min.
