Get directionsWorst place ever. Would give it 0 stars if I could. My nephew was clean for 2 yrs. 7 months and relapsed in April. He went to crossroads Johnstown pa and should have been directed to in or outpatient treatment as a first line treatment. Ignorant doctor put him on prescription suboxone. He is now addicted badly to opiates as he's been given them for 4 months now starting . Crossroads has set him back from all he had accomplished in 2 and half years. When I called there to discuss some woman was nasty and said Dr. Would call m... read more

I've been coming to this clinic since you all have opened the doors at this location. I think 7 yrs. This month when I registered I was informed I would pay for a month but only receive 3 weeks of meds and would have to come back for the last week of meds. I live an hour and half away plus I have to drive all the way to Knoxville which is another 45 minutes to a pharmacy that will fill my medication. This clinic is becoming outrageous. Plus my appointment was at 940 am it was noon before I got in the door. It was supposed to... read more

I didn't like it much at all compared to the location in Harriman, Tennessee . I have went to both places and the one I really like is Harriman. They are honest with us and has never done us like you guys have with faulty drug screening 4 times in a row and even God knows that he passed his last drug tests with only prescribed medications.
