The television appointments are so much easier because I'm disabled and not allowed to drive
I love everyone there. Any problems I have ever or am currently possibly having, is and are completely chalked up to my addictions and always the fault of my doing. I blame no one except myself. Anyway I have a request. People such as my sister who has her meds paid for by medicaid. So that is free to her. Medicaid is paid by mine and everyone else out there that pays tax’s. Change of doctors turned into a change in prescription. Different doctor (from Philadelphia). Was on teleconference and didn’t understand how my situation was already discussed with everyone. I. E. PCP, crossroads doctors and pharmacy. So she decided that I was to be put back on 2 weeks instead of monthly like I have been. (I’ve been doing this since 2011) Quite a pain in the ass. The girls in the office that I go to are wonderful however I have been having an ongoing problem for about 4 months now and no one seems to care when I call they just hang up on you or they don’t answer you and you just get tired of saying hello and hang up bc obviously they can’t handle their job!! If someone could call me back at 724-812-7471 I would appreciate it and at this point I need to speak with a supervisor!

I really enjoy Lelly and Tiffany the dosing nurse always care about us as humans and not as drug users I also like Tiffany at the front always has a positive attitude and Michelle keeps up with her patients and always says hello oh and miss Susan she is just all around precious not got to know the other ladies yet sorry
I was never at that office appointment I had to reschedule a doctor's appointment in the Monroeville office on Tuesday the 28th at 9:15 a.m. I hope to God this doesn't interfere with that appointment I also had a problem with a week and a half and talked for year to send a fax to my doctor to get my ID and my medical card sent back to your medical files so thank you for your curiosity and have a great day.
