Everything was great and went smoothly. Customer service was great and they went out of their way to help you. Only thing that didn’t make sense is my SUV didn’t come with car mats and a liner for the trunk and it was a platinum edition. All the other Rogues came with floor mats and a liner for the trunk. The car salesman did get me car mats to fit inside the SUV but they were not the ones that fit my vehicle. It went good for the most part. Taking delivery of the vehicle 6 minutes after close seemed to be an issue with this dealership. Had to transfer stuff from cars in the rain with kids all the doors to the building were locked. The salesman was there but he could not get in the building at all also to even get a pen so we could sign over our trade in car title. Did speak with the sales manager the next morning and he made it right offering an extra oil change and gas fill up upon both oil changes. LJ was very good with people ... read more
