Bought RAV4 new in 2013 at Crown. Crown is the only one to service it. Everyone has been great to deal with, especially Larry M. Have dealt with him 99% of the time and he has always put up with my OCD and millions of questions!! Hope he is making top $ gets a bonus now and then!!! Wife had a 2013 Avalon for years, and it was taken care of professionally at Crown also.

It was very pleasant. Amber was courteous and made sure my shuttle was arranged. There really wasn't much interaction. I dropped my car. Amber made sure I was taken care of. I appreciated the access online on the progress.

Was able to easily explain what I needed done. It was a recall fix. She knew what needed to be done. I was close to needing an oil change which she offered to do but I declined because I have a friend who does that. She understood and did not try a hard sell. I was grateful
