Good service. Friendly people. Knowledgeable technicians. They did overinflate all four of my tires. Fair price since they did honor a coupon I had received from Nisson online.

This was the first time I was in the crown, Nissan dealership and service department in Decatur. I was completely impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the kindness of the service employees. I was there for warranty work and they serviced my vehicle while I was there. The timing was absolutely awesome! I intend on using them in the future and most likely will consider buying my next new car there.

The service was great. Had several issues that were addressed, all taken care if in a timely manner. One problem occured and was corrected, no fault of the service dept. Very satisfied with service. Staff was great to work with.

Usual professional service that started on time and was completed quickly. Steve Hayes found the problem with my emergency brake, got me an estimate to fix it, and the parts were ordered. Waiting for them to arrive so he can make the repair. I appreciate his professionalism.
