I mostly liked the service but there was a rather long wait for it to be completed. CT made service recommendations that I didn't want.

It has a comfortable waiting room, and offers a shuttle for transportation elsewhere.
Dylan Rogers, took care of us. From the word go, after telling him we were getting reading for vacation, but had a mouse get up and do damage to the fan motor, he said let's get you in right away, ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. Vacation plans still worked out. Couldn't have been more on top of it. Super nice all the while. Love Crown Toyota. Bought our last vehicle, and will be a lifetime customer now for sure!
