Crew that came out to put the siding on didnt install correctly in multiple spots, called dabella to have a someone out to fix it and no one has its been 2 months. Call and ask for an update and get no information they have no idea what Im talking about they just say someone will reach out to you. Now I am paying tens of thousands of dollars for siding that wasnt installed correctly and have no way to get it fixed

We purchased dual hung windows through dabella. Unfortunately when they showed up to install our new windows because of a paperwork issue the wrong model of window was installed. We did not know they were the wrong windows until over half my windows had already been removed from my house and a new window was installed did we notice the issue.I called the main office to try to fix the situation but was told nothing could be done. Unethical sales tactics coupled with a 500% markup. Have had two bids from them in the last few years - one for windows (their let me talk to my boss omg we NEVER do this price was 75k, a job which we ultimately paid another contractor 12k for with the exact same windows and warranties) and one for siding (38k for a partial install *but hey its 0% financing for two years if you sign right now* while the same job with the exact same materials and warranties is 6k with every other licensed and bonded contractor that bid the jo... read more
I talked to a Sales Rep from the ******** branch of DaBella. The reps name was ***** and he was very nice but very bad at communicating. It was supposed to be a free estimate but he pushed and pushed for us to sign a loan agreement. We just wanted the estimate not to be forced into doing something we didn't want. I tried reaching out to him after he informed me i was denied. They got me under contract and took my $2,000 deposit now nobody will return phone call back I have been trying to get them to call back for 2 weeks and nothing. They say they will contact you back but never do. Do not use these people run run run.

I cannot get them to return my calls even though Ive been calling for months. They lied about how much materials they used & charged us for the unused plywood on our roof. 29 sheets of plywood to be exact. I am promised a quick call back each time I call. Today I called again, was on hold for an hour. While on hold I called them from my home *************** answered immediately. Just beyond angry with this whole experience.

A young man came by selling DaBella new roofs. When I asked for his card he gave me a door k*** hanger. No name, address or phone number! He wasn't gone 5 *********** got a call supposedly from DaBella confirming the kids spiel & setting an appointment for an estimate. After a few questions I ended the call. After hanging up, I called back on the number the DaBella rep had just called me on. Got a message it was not a working number!*****************, ********, **
I paid money down on November 11, 2022 for my house roof, soffit and fascia, and carport. My contract stated that the work would be done by the end of the year. It wasn't. They bragged how they have big boom trucks with buckets to get the job done in 3 days. The snow did not start until December, so they had 3 weeks in November to get it done. They came to my home to offer a free estimate. When they called to confirm the appointment I told them that I changed my mind about the free estimate and no longer wanted it. Now they will not stop calling me from various different phone numbers.
