I purchased a new roof from Dabella about a year and half ago. The roof came out great but when installing the roof my exhaust vent to my water heater was put out of place. They came out to try to fix it but seemed to make it worse. Now my laundry room is extremely hot and heat does not escape the room as it should. Had someone come a year ago or so. But wasn't something we could afford they still send people every month to harass us. This month they sent someone and I told the guy no multiple times. He still said he was sending someone out. Even tho I told him no. Then came back to my house 3 times in one day. Said our time for tomorrow was 6pm. Even though I said no. The customer service and quality of my tub/shower installation was poor. Im not satisfied with the tub. The material is thin plastic and when stepping in tub it creaks and makes a popping noise... like there is no support under the tub. I got a call me from the project mngr asking if I was satisfied with job and ready to start financing payments via a voicemail. I called back and left vm with my concerns. If I could leave no stars I would. They are very expensive and hire scab labor. They lied to us. No ******* on site during roof installation. Workers spoke no English. Were installing roof flashing incorrectly. My husband had to get on roof and show them how to do it. One worker lied to us about speaking no English. Workers spitting on roof. My Husband talked with a man named "*****" on Aug. 28th & said that we would receive a special discount & that a salesman would be by the following night @ 7pm. The siding and other materials were dropped off at my home on Wednesday. I called **************** & the Manager on Wednesday to find out when the install is scheduled for but no one has returned my calls yet. I made another call on Friday and another call today and now the calls go straight to voicemail. This is the 4x total that I've left my name, address, and phone# inquiring about the install date but no one returns my call.
