Problems with Product/Service I was quoted for a new roof, plywood, shingles, gutters and covers for the gutters. The plywood all needed replaced as well as the shingles and gutters. In the contract we were to get two cool air intake vents on the roof also and DID NOT get them. Problems with Product/Service I ]urchased the windows abd was told to call the company for rebate last papers. I have called 5 times always being told I would be called. I was never contacted. I also called and told them that the 60 days to file would expire in 3 days. Time has now expired and I still have not been contacted.
Problems with Product/Service New roof installed on going request past 1 1/2 years to get corrected. During hot summer months roof bubbles and 8 foot section at end of drip line bows over or melts as described by ******* supervisor. Problems with Product/Service It has been 3 weeks and 5 days since ****** from the ******* DaBella entered my home for an estimate, on September 14th, 2023. In the process of measuring my windows, he accidentally broke my 65in tv. Accidents happen, I was pretty understanding at first. I was promised it would be replaced. Guarantee/Warranty Issues I'll skip some of the details but there is much more to it than this. We had our siding and gutters replaced and over time started noticing things that weren't installed well, they hadn't done some things the way they told us they were going to. We hired them for a siding job after a very pushy salesman gave us our first quote. We only found out after the fact that were paying about double what we would have paid anyone else. I gave them a check for $1250 and not more than 14 hrs later called them to cancel the order (I had 3 days to cancel the contract).I was told that the check would be torn up and I would receive confirmation.
