Absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Our daughter had an appointment at 1:30 yesterday, February 21st. She looked at a few dresses and found the perfect one. She rang the bell everyone clapped and then 10 mins later the woman comes out and says sorry the dress is not available from the manufacturer. Are you kidding me?? Let me start by saying, I am a plus size Bride. I came in for a first time Bridal Appointment Monday. I was shocked at what few dresses were available for me to try on, but was even more surprised that they didn't have but 1 of the dresses I was interested in to try on! My consultant acted like she didn't want to deal with me from the beginning by saying "oh honey if you arent feeling it, we don't have to do this today" but I drove 2 hrs for the appointment so "not feeling it" wasn't an option, as well as the sale was ending... read more

I got my dress at the beginning of 2020. Right before COVID. All my bridesmaids have gotten their dresses from here too. The girl who helped me with my dress was great. I had spoken with David's Bridal about exchanging my dress because due to the COVID postponement I had lost more weight and my dress is now much bigger (possibly bigger than they can take in). The appointments page wasn't working for me so I called the store and they said no problem walk ins are welcome so just come in. So I drove 40 minutes there to have them tell me to wait outside in the cold for ten minutes before another person comes out and tells me its impossible to see me to come back later and try then. just lost a customer for a bridal dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses.

I had the worst experience at David's Bridal in Nashua. waited about 4 months for my wedding dress and the wrong one came in and since I only had 2 months untill my wedding they only had a couple dresses that I could choose from. the dresses are a terrible fit as well. I've never had to get a dress altered in my life they always fit perfect but the ones I got from here were so big and not proportioned at all. Went there for a brides maid dress after going to one in Massachusetts so I already knew my size and had an idea of style. When I walked in and told the lady what I wanted to try on she looked at me and said "You are not allowed to do that". When I asked why she just said I wasn't. How Rude!!

Unfortunately my experience was not a pleasant one. I walked in, this was the very first store I went to in my search for the perfect wedding dress. I walked in and no one acknowledged us for a good 10 minutes! Then a girl saw me and another 3 or so minutes went by and I finally said “ is there anyone who can help us?” I asked where the long sleeve gowns would be. Apparently over 4 years ago I had a terrible experience the first time I went to try on wedding dresses. I don’t remember much, but I do remember the second time being so fantastic that it made me forget the first time.
