I gave David’s bridal another try, that’s where I mess up at. I went to the one in Knoxville in hopes to find a wedding dress. From the start it was good. I finally thought yes I will finally find the one. After searching and trying I find the one. Which I was told when ordering it, the dress will be brand new and it will take two months or so. The sales team was great, it was a pleasant experience. The alterations team was the complete opposite. I have tried to give Grace over this last year with the pandemic and the craziness of the world, however the alterations department was insanely overpriced and rushed my dress before they closed for Covid (2 weeks from the time I got it fitted). BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a bridesmaid dress that I was told would be returnable without alterations. Sounds reasonable. I came in to have alterations done but DID NOT PAY FOR THEM. This means the alterations wouldn’t be done until I paid for them. I get a call about a month later (MID LOCKDOWN) saying my alterations had been done and I could come pick up the dress. My fiancé used David’s Bridal in OkC to find her wedding dress. The experience has been nothing but awful. First, during the appointment with her bridesmaids, they kept calling her by the wrong name. Second, they sent the wrong size in her dress and she had to find a new one. They did help her and she found a better one Which was great. However, she was scheduled to get the dress altered on the 31st of January and a lady calls them asking to reschedule. Worst customer service ever. Employee ordered wrong bridesmaids dress and it was shipped to my house. I do not live close to this store and was told nothing could be done unless I come in person!I could not ship them the wrong f ing dress they ordered, that I paid for. I asked if there was any way they could grant a small percentage off dress for the inconveniences they have caused and there was no response. Will never purchase from that wedding factory again,I sure hope they treat the bride's better!!!

Horrible customer service. The girl who helped us didn’t bring the dresses the bride wanted to see and asked to see. She didn’t keep the brides budget in mind and brought dresses way over budget. She wasn’t very friendly. Seemed as if she didn’t enjoy her job really. We left the Dallas store and made an appointment later that day at the Frisco store where the bride purchased the dress she LOVED (in her budget) and bridesmaids dresses. Should’ve listened and been nice Dallas Store. Love you #CollinCounty!

I've been in this store twice in the same week and BOTH times the customer service was terrible!! Don't waste your time at this store!

Honestly, I was set to buy my dress here. I had it picked out, was about to drop $1200, but after the horrible experience I had, I will definitely not be purchasing. I was rushed through my appointment, and encouraged to buy a dress I was NOT sure about because it was the end of my appointment, and despite asking if they had the specific dresses I wanted to try on (multiple times), I was told they didn’t have them to try on, probably because it was 11:59 and the next set of appointments were coming in. DONT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. ELAINE ORDER MY BRIDESMAIDS THE WRONG DRESSES, AND THE ONLY WAY I KNEW WAS BECAUSE OF THE PRICE AFTERWARDS. CALLED OFFICE TO GET MONEY REFUNDED AND DRESSES REORDERED AND THEY WERE NO HELP, AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE WAS NO HELP EITHER. THEIR "SUPERVISORS" WORK ONLY 9 TO 5. SAME AS MOST AMERICANS!!!
