I don’t recommend Davis’s Bridal at all. Horrible customer service throughout our whole buoying process. Started with trying to find the perfect dress for for my sisters wedding day which came to be a horrible experience needless to say she didn’t buy her dress from them. However we did for the The bridesmaids dresses which was also a nightmare. They came in late after being ordered 7 weeks in advance and being told they would be in before the date given not to worry. They measured my daughter correctly yet still ordered the wrong size. Then the wrong dress was ordered. It “never happens” yet it happened twice. 10% off is not really worth the stress caused.

Oh man. So I made my bridal appt while in store for the following day to try on bridal gowns. I arrive in store for my appt after receiving a confirmation email to be told I could only try on 5 gowns! I understand COVID has changed our lives, but why wasn’t I notified of the limit while in store booking or through the email confirmation. Luckily I did try on 7 and found the one! Would not recommend this place. I get Covid makes things more difficult. However, you should make less appointments in a day with bigger time slots so the bride can actually have time to shop. 1 hour to find dresses and try them on is not nearly enough time in an already stressful situation. Not to mention the rude staff. The girl helping us wasn’t rude but there were a couple of very rude ladies being very pushy.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with like all these other customers, but I can’t. Initially when I went to look at dresses, we were greeted nicely at the front. the sales lady had no interest in helping when she found one she liked i asked how much out the door and they literally said we can't give you a price because blah blah blah if you can't give a price I can't spend my money there had better sales experience from shoe stores

Worse experience ever! When I purchased my Mother Of The Bride dress I was told I could return it if I decided I didn't like it. I was never told there was a time frame. I went in today to exchange it for another dress and was told by the manager which wasn't very nice that I couldn't because its been past 60 days. Once again I was never told there was a time frame but I literally picked up my dress 66 days ago! David's has been my family's go to for many years but after today we will never purchase anything from them again... read more

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! Person who called regarding pick up of my dress was rude, inconsiderate, and extremely miserable. I would not recommend buying from this store! I have sent an email.. I hope to receive a response.
