Sadly went to the store without an appointment. The lady at the store said we could look around but couldn't try anything on without an appointment. Not even close to like the one in the States.

Every time I made an appointment they would say that I didn’t, they were very absent and not very catering while my sister was trying on dresses, they were not friendly or helpful l, in fact they were very rude to us. Me and my sister remained kind threw the whole experience, then on our fitting day, the seamstress was very inpatient and did not want to listen to my sister’s request. Bought a wedding dress from another store and scheduled an appointment at David’s bridal for alterations since I was picking up a dress for another wedding there anyway. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, I was not informed that they only do alterations on dresses bought at the store. I drove an hour with three of my friends to have my dress alterations done and was told when I got there they wouldn’t be able to alter my dress for me. There was a constant barrage of sales pressure throughout the entire process that really turned us off of this store completely. Our consultant appeared to only care about making the sale and was not helpful at all in finding us the perfect dress. We went to two other places that same day and the experience was far better even though we were walk-ins.

I made an appointment here for Monday at 1:30. I show up 10 minutes early and I'm told to go look at dresses along the wall. 20 minutes later with no one in site I go to the front for help and again I'm told someone will be right with me. A girl comes up to me and unlocks the dressing room and tells me to try on the 2 dresses that I found myself. Note no one helped me figure out sizing or what type of dress would be most flattering. I love the styles I found and how quickly I was able to find the one. But now that I’ve been called and informed my dress has come in. I tried to call back 5 mins after I got the call and have been trying for the last 2 hours to get a hold of someone to set up alterations since I don’t have a lot of time to get them done (wedding is in 12 days) and I can’t seem to get ahold of ANYONE! Very frustrating...

We bought my dress for my wedding at Davids. I could have sworn they said we had free alterations when we bought it but then charged me $90 up front for them. Also they had my wedding date saved as September 17th and it is the 7th but every time i would call they would say the 17th. One of my bridesmaids dresses was ordered way to big but yet she is in another wedding and her dress from that wedding was ordered by davids and it was the correct size. Their prices are one of the best, however it's so rushed and busy, it's almost not worth going and not worth the money saved. The staff isn't able to assist you, they're too busy with other appointments. Not a great experience both times I've been.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service recently as the team showed minimal regard to a sensitive situation. My mom has decided to choose a new dress for my sisters wedding that is a month away because she will now be walking my sister down the aisle since my dad is now on hospice and will not be with us for the wedding.
