My daughter purchased her dress 10 months ago. She went in for alterations 6 weeks ago. She received both an email and a text yesterday saying her dress was complete and to come in today at 1230 to pick it up. We went in today and after waiting about a half an hour a very inexperienced and immature sales associate giggled the entire time she was telling us that the dress had not been touched yet and that they read the date wrong and the alterations would not be completed until September 19th! Trying to call them for the last 30 minutes no one is answering the phone.
Customer service is horrible! They said they called when a bridesmaid dress was in and they never called. They had another bridesmaid dress under a wrong name. When my bridesmaids came into the store the assistance weren’t very nice.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. This should of been a wonderful experience for me but both the employees in the store (including the manager) and the corporate 'bridal experts', made this a horrible experience. When I went to speak to the manager about the poor service they made me wait 20 minutes then told me she was eating and can't see me. Horrible is an understatement.

Went in twice. First time I was told I'm a size 8. Second time, a month later, I'm told I'm a size 4. Due to the dress the bride wanted us to wear we were told to order a size up as it is a tight dress. I ordered a size 8 instead of a 6 and it was still so tight I couldn't sit down.

I have been to the David’s Bridal in Erie a few times. Each time hoping my experience would be better than the last. ALWAYS disappointed. I walked into David’s Bridal last year for an appointment to try on and purchase a bridesmaids dress for a friends wedding. Since picking that dress out took less than 10 minutes, I was so excited to maybe try on dresses for my own wedding as I had just gotten engaged.
