My soon to be daughter in law just tried on her dress to make sure we know what to do when the big day arrives-in under 3 weeks. Guess what, it’s not the dress that she had altered. It’s a size smaller! We are going to see them tomorrow. Let’s hope they make this right!

I seriously wish we had never done business with David's Bridal! I am so sick over this. If I could go back in time and shop somewhere else I would. We never should have given them our money. They demand dresses be paid in full but they can't get the fucking order right, can't get the order in on time, and can't even return our calls. We have had numerous problems with our time at David’s Bridal in Syracuse NY. My daughter bought her wedding dress and all the bridesmaids ordered their dresses from the store. The problems began with your employee assigned to our 2 hour appointment. She was constantly leaving us to go help others and had lost all our information when we went back to order the bridesmaids dresses. the workers are very nice, but that's bout it. they didn't save any of my information for my bridesmaids dresses. so when one of the girls came in they didn't have the right color, and the color that I picked before they said it came it didn't come in it anymore. then they said they didn't have a brown either in that color. so I had a girl find me a dress similar to the other girls that came in brown. they said they did but when we went in there they didn't have the dress. told me that she could get the same dress as the oth... read more
With this being my special day I was trying my best not to be a bridezilla but the last three times I’ve been to there I found my own dresses and my friends help me in and out, they over booked their stylist to have way to many girls at once. When we were trying on dresses they only gave us one room but the girls next to us had three. When I wanted a price check on a dress my stylist acted like it was going to kill her. The company is worst ever, the are a scam, firsts of all they fited me for a dress and the dress not fit me. Second they make you sign because the dress is a final sale and then they tell you that the fixing of is coming out of your pock. How you like that? Wow I dress for my sister wedding that doesn’t fit me and I can’t return. I’m going to be so uncomfortable at this wedding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DAVIDS BRIDAL TO ANYONE!
