Didn’t have a great selection of gowns. They all looked the same. And employees not very friendly

Went in today for a bridesmaid dress, was pointed to the direction of dresses and told they're over there .... well my friend (the bride) and I walked around then walked out. I'll spend my money elsewhere! I don't think the employees realize what customer service is, nor realize that without customers they won't have a job. Definitely will NOT be recommending friends or acquaintances ... and will definitely make sure I share our experience!

RecommendedThank you SO much to Kara! She took the time to get to know me and made my experience very personable. I loved the first dress I tried on and didn’t think I would find anything better but she brought out a dress I didn’t choose and I absolutely fell in love with it! She picked the perfect dress for me and I am so happy she was the one to help me!! ❤️
I went in today by myself. I had a really bad experience. The young lady was nice but she was not at all interested in helping me. She was more interested in watching the young lady trying on wedding dresses and talking with the staff.

Me and my sister went in Wednesday looking for bridesmaids dresses, both looking to purchase something that day! We both signed in and stood around waiting for someone to help us or even talk to us...no one did even thought the "consultants" saw us standing there waiting. So we looked around on our own, still got no help from anyone. They DISCRIMINATE soooooo badly, it's disgusting. They fire people and will put the whole store in your business before you actually walk out the door. I have recordings of employees talking about customers. My lawyer will be in contact with you all, seeing I made a complaint before, but NOTHING was done.
I made a phone call today to follow up and ask a question about my bridesmaids dresses but no one answered the phone and you can’t leave a message. What does that say about your service if you can even answer the phone? I’m glad it wasn’t a pressing issue and I’m glad I didn’t by my dress here.

My wife ordered a size 14 for a wedding. After she left the worker decided it should be a size 16. Came in for her fitting because we are so close to the wedding date there was only time for a $50.00 alteration. So they altered it BACK TO A SIZE 14. WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY DAVIDS BRIDAL but not good for any future business
