I had requested time in late afternoon earlier the same day, received a confirmation of that time and upon arrival the staff had no knowledge of said appointment. I was made to feel like an inconvenience, as they had to find a consultant to work with me this took about 15-20 minutes. The David's bridal in Kenwood OH is horrible, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, nor are there enough characters aloud in this comment to explain why they are horrible! thanks for adding more stress to an already stressful time!

RecommendedMy daughters stylist was Fizah and she was the best!!! She was helpful, knowledgeable, personable and funny. She helped find the perfect dress for my daughter. We will be going back soon for her brides maids and mothers dresses too and we want her.

The staff is nice, they work hard. But it is very unorganized. They couldn’t find my dress, then told me I didn’t pay for it so they couldn’t do the alterations!! The dress was paid (had the receipt). They put my dress in the layaway section and it wasn’t supposed to. I didn’t have the greatest experience at all. Would not go back. David’s Bridal in Manchester

Made an appt for my TEN bridesmaids. I asked the consultant repeatedly to make sure my girls weren’t trying on clearance dresses because she said they had limited sizing and colors for those. She assured me that none of them were. Then come to find out two of them fell in love with clearance dresses. She actually suggested a size zero girl order the only available dress at a size 18! Let me start by saying the first night we went to David’s Bridal went very well. They were very helpful with my sister, put her at ease, and helped her find the perfect wedding dress. However, we weren’t able to find our bridesmaids dresses before close so we came back the second night and that’s where it goes down hill.
