I will never send anyone to David's Bridal for anything. Ordered bridesmaid dresses beginning of April. Finally get them, look at them - ALL THE WRONG DRESSES. Was told there is no way for us to get the four dresses we wanted for the wedding which is in September. Was told they would refund the dresses~~Ummm, one bridesmaid lives out of state and we have 4 distinct colors, so not sure trying to go find more dresses was the answer. The associate that helped us was also helping another bride at the same time and was back and forth. They wasn’t busy and several other associates was just standing around. She was not very helpful and somewhat rude. I’ve been to your stores several times for other weddings and the customer service is not good. The only reason we decided to shop there is because your prices are lower and we was shopping on a budget.

First of all the curb side appeal is awful and it goes downhill from there. I had a wedding dress appointment and the gal that helped us was friendly, but I was very dissatisfied with only being able to try on dress sizes that were my size and larger. When I went to other bridal galleries they let me try on any dress and just clipped it so I could get a feel for it. I was a walk in and i guess the only lady available to help me was on lunch at the time. So she said we could wait for her and browse. So we did. I found maybe 2 dresses to try.. she came by and helped us but seemed to disappear a lot on us and it was akward. I stopped in today (Terre Haute, IN) to hopefully find my wedding dress. I arrived with 2 friends of mine. An older lady came in before us and was promptly greeted by 2 sales associates and they both walked away with her. We were not even acknowledged. Maybe it was because I was in my work clothes and we did not appear to be big money spenders. We looked around for almost 30 minutes before a lady looked at us and rudely asked basically if we were finding everything. We walked out without a dress and will never return.

This place is a joke. If it wasn’t for convenience I don’t think they would be in business any more. I knew that my dress would need to be altered but there was no way I would pay for a “rush” with 4 weeks left before the wedding. Not to mention their prices are ridiculously overpriced. I paid $200 for a dress I’ll never wear again. I hate to give a public rating, but I've had so much trouble with this store and David's Bridal in general. They gave my bridesmaid the maid of honor dress and since alterations were made, they state that they are unable to help in any way. I am not in the area, so I was not aware of the mishap until 3 weeks before the wedding! I understand David's is a corporation, but if a mistake was made, I would hope there is something in place to right the wrong instead of just saying "all sales are final"!
