I purchased my wedding gown at this David's bridal and then had it altered there. Geneva helped me with my alterations and she was awesome. her skills are on point and I felt like she knew what I wanted intuitively. it was also awesome getting to know her. she is a really nice person. I can tell she works hard and does what she has to do but enjoys it. I hope she helps me with my next fitting!

My little sister had recently bought her wedding dress from this store. It’s beautiful and it looks amazing on her however, her experience with the staff was absolutely ridiculous. I’m actually engaged, as well as my soon to be sister in law and we were both planning on getting our dresses here but after how they treated my sister we will not step foot back in this store. I had the worst experience at this store. I’ve even questioned buying bridesmaids dresses from here. I came from out of town to This store being the closest to me. I had made an appointment. I had been to the store previously and had a really nice girl who I had requested to have again as she knew what I was looking for. I was mortified. We had one change room for 3 bridesmaids and my mom. The sales consultant was nothing but snobby and didn’t even help the girls do their dresses up! So y'all would rather turn a guarenteed sale away because the bride to be didnt make an appointment then make the sale? Wont ever recommend you to ANYONE. Good thing ATLAS is across the street and doesnt mind walkins

terrible customer service, consultant told me certain alterations could be made, leading me to purchase the dress..only to be told at the fitting that those things could not be done. i felt like the consultant just told me what i wanted to hear in order to make a sale. alterations were wrong anyway, ended up selling the dress on ebay. will never return to this place.

They just took my $$ for a deposit and didn’t explain anything to me about my dress and the options I had. When I walked in for my alterations, I was looked at like I had 5 heads and made me feel like it was my problem to fix. Nobody could give me answers for any of the questions I asked. So much for making this process enjoyable. I really don’t care to go back and retrieve the garment.

Staff was excellent. Dress choices not what I expected. On line advertised 99 dollars sale. Not so. Although I found a dress. I have not said yes yet.

Friendly staff but no size zeros or budget friendly options. Found my dress at Lulus and only had to tailor the height. Not a store for petite women
