I ordered a bridesmaid dress, had a fitting only to take the dress home and it’s still to big, now I have to go back again. The place was dirty and the staff was not very friendly. Truly disappointed in a bridal store. I am glad it’s not my wedding!

Extremely unhappy with my experience. I had bought a dress of the rack, fit like a glove, so no need to deal with alterations. But there was a security tag on my dress, which was not taken off. I had to cut my dress right before my wedding was to start. I called the store about it was told, nothing can be done for me because there should have never been a tag on the dress to begin with, someone had messed up at the store but they obviously didn't care. We had renee for our bridal party appt. She was double booked. She had a bride looking for her wedding dress. Plus me and my 6 girls coming in at the same time. She was no help. She was with the other bride the entire time. We found another employee she was organizing dresses. We asked for her help. And she got us everything we needed and took our measurements. After driving for more than 3 hours I walked in with one of my bridesmaids, my two junior bridesmaids, and my ring bearer. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with incredibly rude service. I told them that I didn't have an appointment but I wasn't interested in trying dresses on yet, that I just wanted to start getting ideas for prices and styles. Terrible service AGAIN this place needs to learn customer service the attitude on these people is absolutely ridiculous. The options are slim and they double book appointments. They make you wait a half hour when you get there even though your on time for your appointment then they rush out with minimal help
