Nice dresses. Need more under $400. Associate keep showing me dresses $200-$300 out of my budget. Then took a phone call for the last half hour of appointment. I purchased somewhere else.

Worst place ever.. they could have made money off of me had they had been any help to be completely honest. I went in there to look at a wedding dress for my reception and a bridesmaid dress for my sister. The lady up front told me someone would be with me to help me.. nope no help at all. Let me also note that I am on crutches and can’t carry dresses or walk very far. I went to Davids Bridal today because of the House of Brides shit show im currently in. I was so upset and stressed over a wedding dress (that should be the least of my worries) I walked into Davids bridal this morning and already felt instantly as ease.. Neva made sure I was in good hands, SUPER personable and even though she was running around the store with another bridal party she made sure she still gave me the attention i needed! It sucks and sells dirty dresses unless you pay in full, so why offer layaway? I don’t understand that concept. You have to pay in full for a clean dress but you can take advantage of their 60 day layaway and receive a dirty dress. The front door lady, a short older white lady is the rudest person I’ve ever seen. The manager and Tamera were very nice they are not responsible for the policies of the store. Every bride should get a brand new dress not a dress everyone tried on.

Wish I could give negative stars, but I told my friend we had issue with this company several years ago, when I was a bridesmaid in my other friend wedding with the zipper and low and behold we had several dress issues with the zippers, but two broke just before the wedding causing the wedding to be late an hour and the bride had to rush her picture session and missed out on a lot of pictures because the venue was very expensive and on a time schedule. this is terrible, the first dress we were able to run to the Taylor which... read more

Extremely rude! I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store where everything is expensive! Don’t judge me because I don’t look like your every day Bride! Girls with lots of tattoos wear expensive shit too!
