I understand you are saying you “have no record” of one of my bridesmaids placing their dress order with you on March 11th between 2-4pm. I wasn't impressed. Went with my Granddaughter to pick up her dress that she previously selected and purchased. Greeted and asked what she needed. She told the lady she was there to try on her dress she purchased. She needed to try it on since she ordered a different size, and wanted to make sure if she needed alterations she could make arrangements for them. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Went to the bridal bazaar and booked an appt at my local shop , with doing this you get a $50 off coupon , score right?! NOT ! My coupon expired 2 days before my actual appointment ! The store claimed they couldn’t do anything about it so they told me to call the 1800 number , so I did , 2 weeks later and after 4 call backs finally someone calls me back , and she basically blamed me for not checking the coupon expiration date .... now I wait on another call back, but I won’t hold my breath ... read more

Loved the dress colour for my bridesmaids and the fact they were located across Canada, as my bridal party is located across the country. The product and price were great. I was at David's on Saturday searching for bridesmaids dresses (I am the Bride). I had 5 bridesmaids there to get their dresses (all choosing their own style in the color of my choice). When our consultant was available she was wonderful. Very accommodating for all of my guests and pulled all of the dresses they wished to try on. This was wonderful. Be aware of return policy for any retailer before you buy. This place does not accept any returns. I will make sure my daughter never purchases from them again. Also it should be policy for all potential customers to be informed before they look as to what their policy is. That would be professional on their part. It also should be policy not to sell to anyone under the age of 18 due to their lack of speaking of the policy.Not to swoop in and take advantage of a 16 year old. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I recently just purchased my wedding dress and a ridiculous amount headband from David’s bridal over a week ago. I received an email saying my moms dress was ready for pick up, and I thought that would be a an easy way for me to return the headband that the associate who was helping me PRESSURED me into buying. The visit was ok but if I give you my address and ask for my dress to be shipped please have the common courtesy to ship it instead of holding it at the store but to top it off they sent it to the wrong address and when I called to speak to a manager I never got a return smh

I went here 3/29 to look for a wedding dress. When we walked in the lady at the front was nice at first and greeted us. Asked us what we were looking for.
