I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Not only did it take our assistant 20-30 minutes to come assist us after registering at the main desk but we were rudely treated by the other employees. They were making rude comments to one another in a rather loud voice. No matter the situation, an employee should not be speaking negatively about customers rather encouraging them and finding a solution or the perfect dress. I love shopping at David's bridal. I love the experience so it was so easy for me to find my dress so I love shopping there and I will refer David bite it to another bride.

"I booked an appointment online and when showing up they didn’t have a record of my appointment; visibly annoyed by this they still were able to meet with my bridesmaids and I. The “stylist” we had was aloof and didn’t really spend a lot of time with us, we found some styles in the Vera wang line and wanted to also try the David’s bridal line- bridesmaid one picked two dresses bridesmaids 2- three dresses and bridesmaid 3- five dresses they were all quick to try on with very little help from the stylist we clipped them in ... read more

They are a joke, I paid 1800$ for a dress that I didn’t get to try on. They have no cute plus size dresses and not to mention they still made me pay 400$ for alterations When it was their fault that my dress was two sizes too big
