Going to David’s Bridal with a little over half of my bridal party was very exciting- my appointment had been scheduled in advance so we ensured it would be a smooth process once we arrive the day of. I ordered my bridesmaid dress on feb 24th in store. On March 15th I was called my my dress had arrived in store, I called on the 16th to have my dress shipped to my house. The woman on the phone kept making mistakes and I felt very rushed by her. I had to correct her many times and she kept interrupting me while I was spelling things out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We went to look at bridesmaid dresses. We told the woman the wedding was in June. Only 3 out of 5 girls were actually there and we were just going to get ideas. The woman told us if we didn't order our dresses RIGHT NOW there's no way we would get them in time. I just left David’s Bridal, I purchased my wedding gown from this location and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately when I went in today to pick up a couple pieces for my gown and asked for help, they acted like I was such an inconvenience to look at a Veil. The service here SUCKS!! We went to pick up my sisters bridesmaid dress. We walk in we were greeted asked for her name to pick up. We went to the restroom while we waited. The toilets didn’t flush bathrooms were dirty. The girl helping runs out says “I found it” we try to follow her but she running so we had to find her. I've been to this location a few times and never had an issue previously, then most recently I've been extremely disappointed and will not be shopping at DB anymore. The staff was uninterested this time around and just left me or my bridal party with their dress(es), didn't offer assistance with getting big dresses on unless you asked.
