Going to David’s Bridal with a little over half of my bridal party was very exciting- my appointment had been scheduled in advance so we ensured it would be a smooth process once we arrive the day of. I ordered my bridesmaid dress on feb 24th in store. On March 15th I was called my my dress had arrived in store, I called on the 16th to have my dress shipped to my house. The woman on the phone kept making mistakes and I felt very rushed by her. I had to correct her many times and she kept interrupting me while I was spelling things out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We went to look at bridesmaid dresses. We told the woman the wedding was in June. Only 3 out of 5 girls were actually there and we were just going to get ideas. The woman told us if we didn't order our dresses RIGHT NOW there's no way we would get them in time. Freaking out and feeling like we had no choice we picked one we thought would work for everyone. 3 of us decided to order them online and low and behold they're being delivered to us in one week from today. Worst customer service ever! I couldn't believe the lack of knowledge or lack of willingness to find the answers to simple questions. I found myself very upset when I left.
I just left David’s Bridal, I purchased my wedding gown from this location and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately when I went in today to pick up a couple pieces for my gown and asked for help, they acted like I was such an inconvenience to look at a Veil. She didn’t want to even give me the time of day. I own a business that strives for excellent customer service and it is a shame that other businesses could careless about how they treat you. Terrible customer service, rude and mean personnel. Very unprofessional!! Don't waste your time going to Davids Bridal Novi.
The service here SUCKS!! We went to pick up my sisters bridesmaid dress. We walk in we were greeted asked for her name to pick up. We went to the restroom while we waited. The toilets didn’t flush bathrooms were dirty. The girl helping runs out says “I found it” we try to follow her but she running so we had to find her. She then throws the dress in a fitting room walks away (doesn’t even take the dress out of the bag, check on us, doesn’t make sure the dress fit nothing.) we literally walk out no one said anything to us not... read more
I've been to this location a few times and never had an issue previously, then most recently I've been extremely disappointed and will not be shopping at DB anymore. The staff was uninterested this time around and just left me or my bridal party with their dress(es), didn't offer assistance with getting big dresses on unless you asked. The first time I came here it was amazing since the woman helping me slid my dress over my head and helped me back out and even laid the train out to see how long and pretty it was.
