I was looking for a prom dress and I called them they told me to go on there web site and pick a dress and I didn't have to make a appointment they told me to come right then and the 2 dresses we had picked out when we got there she showed us the 2 dresses we picked before we eve showed her so we knew we was going to get one great place

They had a long waiting time to try on dresses. Additionally not a wide selection of dresses for women who wore anything over a size 10. However, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, even though our sales representative left us to fend for ourselves. By the way, my daughter found her dress...Hooray

I came to the store on a Monday looking for a dress and person who had wasn't very attentive, she kept disappearing have look her when I needed help. So initially, I was very disappointed with this location. But came back to pick up her dress and get alterations done....I had the pleasure of having Lisa help me and daughter. I think it’s suiting that I got an e-mail saying they’re sorry we missed our appointment. We checked in at our reserved time, and we were pretty much left to fend for ourselves. I Had to ask for a room to put all the dresses we had in our arms in. We were never checked in on to see if we needed any different sizes, or how everything was going. The lady that was supposed to be helping me find a wedding dress was helping another bride and didn’t even help me at all I got my own dresses and helped myself ... thx for nothing ... bad experience

Was not pleased, we had five bridesmaids looking for dresses in a particular color. Our consultant did not help us in determining which dresses cane in the color we needed. Instead we had to find dresses and bring them to her! I was sure who was working for who! The selection was not good at all, and there was so men in there it was kinda in uncomfortable coming out in our dresses and etc. To top it off..one of the dresses that was tried on had HORRIBLE smell of body odor on the dress in the underarm area.
