I had a great experience buying my wedding dress but after that David’s bridal in Macon went in the toilet! I was called at 6pm on a Friday night saying I needed to pick my dress up ASAP or if unable they could ship it for a fee. I told her I lived 1 1/2 hours away and was going to be out of town but would be that way Thursday if they could hold it until then. I will never get a dress altered here again. The lady was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t do a thing to the dress to take it in. She told a bride that she had to wear a corset and tie it tight. When I called and the store manager said that the lady did fix it and I live over 2 hrs away from this store and will be showing up with the dress and showing them. I will never step foot in this store again after this. Never will I recommend this store.

We had made an appointment for the day and the girl who was helping us was also helping 3 other people and we would get a new dress every 20 minutes. We also had asked for specific types of dresses and got the complete opposite. We did not have a good experience at all!

Walked in stress free in hopes to get the best service ... Never in my life would I think I'd get treated the way I did . We had the worst service there ever. My friend who had made an appointment with them since I had suggested that she should go there. When we got there the sales associate was rushing us even though we had booked for 4 hours (bride and bridesmaid). She kept telling us that she has another bride coming and kicked us out within 2 hours. She had measured the bride wrong so when she got her dress it did not fit her (was too tight). Went to this David’s Bridal location to pick out a prom dress for my sister. After spending $250 (didn’t even get a courtesy coupon as return customers from last year), we had ordered a new dress to be picked up at the store at a later date. Came to pick up the dress today, and were satisfied with the experience until the manager RUDELY ignored us.
