Just walked around that store for about 20 mins. No one said a word to me. Guess I won’t be buying my dress or any of my bridesmaids dresses here.

Went in to the mayslanding location a couple of weeks ago, just to get ideas. I was told I couldn’t try anything on and needed an appointment if I had questions. I was the only customer in the store at the time, and the employees were very rude and made myself and my mother feel uncomfortable. Even though I was only trying to get ideas that day, I ended up leaving and driving to dress 2 impress bridal boutique and saying yes to a gorgeous allure bridal gown. I had an appt at this location on March 29th and it was the absolute worst. I DID find my dress but only because I pulled it out myself and tried it on. The consultant was absolutely NO help at all. It was one of the most awkward experiences ever as she literally stood off to the side and watched me and the couple of people I brought the ENTIRE time. I want consumers to know about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE of David's Bridal employees, in particular...MICHELLE MIZZELL. Yesterday, when myself, my two teen daughters and niece came into the store, we were blatantly ignored by one staff member while we were standing and patiently waiting for her to finish up a conversation with another lady (believed to just be a friend she was shooting the breeze with). I will never spend another dollar at David’s Bridal and I regret giving them my business at all. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses and provided all of their contact information and staff advised they would receive an email when their dress was ready for pick up and they would have the option to have it shipped to their house or pick it up at the store. I had the best experience looking for a dress. Gloria was patient and kept looking until she found me a dress. The alterations department Sophia was great.

Let me start off saying that in the beginning, David's Bridal was wonderful with helping me choose bridesmaid dresses and going out of their way to find a size 0 dress from another store for my junior bridesmaid. So I'm very appreciate of them for that.. and for that I gave a fair rating. However, when it comes to their alterations, that's another story. I wasn't aware of this policy.
