They are a joke, they don’t have any plus size dresses that are cute. I paid 1800$ for my dress and then they made me pay another 400$ for alterations.

Not a great experience. I went there with my daughter to pick out a prom dress. The people there were nice, but not much of a help. Our consultant had more than our appointment. She was also helping a bride choose her dress. She paid more attention to her other appointment. I thought when you made an appointment, you got one on one attention. The manager tried to get me to buy a dress we really didn’t like, it didn’t fit and was way too expensive. Needless to say, we left there without a dress and went elsewhere and got a d... read more

So I traveled from Virginia to Georgia because I wanted my Mom to be with me when I was looking for my wedding dress because this is a very special moment. I called and set up an appointment from 6:30 to 8:30 giving me two hours for Davids Bridal in Macon Georgia. We arrived early and excited for this experience. **** Lauren you ruined my step daughters experience maybe this job is not a good fit for you*****WOW !!! I have NEVER had such a problem with DB like the one in Charlotte NC. What lack of respect, very unhelpful, the MANAGER had no clue on what’s going on in her store. My daughter has 7 girls in her bridal party and only 3 out of 7 we able to get there dress they picked out without problem. My daughter made an appt to find a prom dress at your Oakdale store 3 weeks ago. She decided to go to prom and was already finding dresses she liked on your website. She invited her mom, grandma and great aunt to the appt. We arrived on time and the receptionist acted extremely rude and short with us. Went with my daughter to shop for her wedding dress. Our assistant was nice for the most part but we were constantly reminded about every 15 minuets to move it along. My daughter was having difficulty finding a dress she was satisfied with and the assistant was getting visibly frustrated with her. Horrible customer service is an understatement!! No one has a clue as to what's going on. Bought a dress there in full and they inform me 6 weeks later it's no longer available!! What!?!?

Had some extra time this morning, so I dropped in to David's Bridal in Rockford. Talked to the sales person and told her that I was basically a terrified newbie (older bride) who didn't know what I was doing. Asked if someone had time to see me today, or if I should make an appointment to come back. She had me fill out a paper with my contact information and then proceeded to walk me over to an aisle of bridal dresses. Told me to look around and started to walk off. Horrible customer service. Dresses came in late and I had to pay a rush fee for alterations and they were as much as my dress! When they went to get me a “new” slip and bra, they gave me the wrong size on both and as they’re so fond of saying “All sales are final.”
