not knowing where to start i went to davids bridal and they werent helpful at all. i made an appointment and everything. my fiancé’s mother and MOA had to help me in and out of my dresses. they also helped me find dresses because they listened when i told them the type of dress i wanted. the woman who was in charge of trying to find me a dress didn’t respect my price range, and i told her what styles i liked and didnt like and she kept giving me styles i didnt like. i found a dress i liked and asked what kind of style top it... read more

I would not recommend Davids Bridal! I thought setting an appointment and pre selecting my dresses ment that it would be ready when I walked in.. That I would get one on one fitting...Nope.. The lady who was to be assigned to my needs and fitting was also assigned to 4 other girls... I am not impressed.. I had to go out and get my pre selected dresses and two were not available!!! I had to wait in my underwear in the fittong room for a dress because the lady assisting me was also assisting everyone else.. Not a good way to r... read more

Went in to look for a bridesmaid dress for my wedding the consultant was not accommodating at all I thought that was the whole point of making a appointment apparently not. We had to go look for our own dresses and everything no very pleased

I just want to know how their consultant Michelle still has a job?! My friend was in there yesterday and this was her experience... So, tonight, at David’s Bridal I was made the butt of a fat joke. The consultant looked at me and then at my best friend and asked if we were sisters, we said no. Then she said, “Is it because she’s fed you so much?” I didn’t know how to respond to that, and the woman tried to blow it off by saying something along the lines of, “You know, like, when you feed your animals they start to look like... read more

I've sent the 'David's Bridal Cares email address', 3 emails and I haven't received one response. My first email was sent April 2, 2018. I'm not sure what your turn around time is for emails, but over a week is unacceptable. "The appointment was ok up until the end when we were cashing out. Unfortunately the sales associate didn’t let me know that the maid of honours dress was unavailable in the colour I wanted (the colour the entire bridal party is wearing) So when all of my bridal party had paid, my MOH was left not b... read more

Horrible customer service. The employees walked right past me and my bridesmaids looking for dresses. We were basically on our own. We ended up just walking out smh

Gave them 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option! Last week, my fiance went to David's Bridal. She was there to look at Brides Maid dresses for her daughter's. She was ignored by the white ladies working there; ( who broke their necks to help another white lady who came in after her )! When she called them on their actions, they became disrespectful to her, which only infuriated her more. I went to David’s bridal to find a dress for a formal gala I will be attending this month. I knew I had to buy off the rack so I figured they would have the best chance for finding something. Out of the 3 dresses I found and tried on I ended up buying 2!! One for my Gala and one for formal night on a cruise I will be taking.

The store was way too crowded and over booked, in the past the store always had plenty of room to sit down and to look st the dresses. Saturday, 3 women were crammed into 1 small dressing room and no chairs to sit on, nowhere to hang our coats. Our "server" showed up 30 minutes into the appointment and told us she was I charge of 2 groups and wouldn't be able to help us much- when she did help us she brought dresses 4 sizes too big and walked away (offered no assistance to adjust the dress).
