Ok ladies, I’m honestly NEVER one to do this but I am beyond disgusted. I don’t really like to take people’s opinions to heart because I like to try things for myself. About a month ago I had made an appt for the York store and had a good experience with my consultant Taylor but the manager was very rude to my party and the stylist. So I made an appt for the Harrisburg store. Katie S helped me find my perfect dress. During my time slot I was not 100% sure about it. I was very disappointed. The staff weren't friendly and gave us incorrect information. Had all bridesmaids trying on dresses that didn't come in the colour we needed. They were very overcrowded and despite having an appt we waited 30 min and only after complaining got a dressing room. The store was so crowded you couldn't even walk. The bathroom was filthy. our saleslady veronica was rude and not at all helpful. my sister was trying on dresses and had to keep coming out to get us to zip or button up a dress. i thought that was their job?

First of all—. This is Ottawa, not Rodéo DrIve, L.A. I was a walk in with my daughter to look for a short prom dress. I was told the 11am brides were first priority and that there would be no change rooms available for at least an hour. We had picked 3 dresses to try on. Was very rushed, and I was told I couldn’t go online and order because the colors I wanted wouldn’t be in so I had to settle on one color for my dresses and was told it was a bad idea to do different shades and none would be in on time. Today, I visited this store with family members. I was originally shopping at a different dress shop but then we decided to try David's Bridal. Since I had never been to this store, I was so excited to see what all this shop had to offer in selection of dresses. Just do not go there associate was o.k. but never asked questions about budget color scheme personal preferance basicly pushed what she thought was best . when asked about a certain color associate said they do not get request or this selection ok learned mt lesson being the grand mother of the groom it was pretty rough of a outing
