Worst place to buy a wedding dress. They lure you in with lower prices than other wedding dress stores but the quality of the dresses is crap! Also I paid 500 dollars for alterations that didn’t even last two hours on my wedding date.

I am truly appalled by the quality of the bridesmaid dresses sold by this company. I ordered a bridesmaid dress here over the summer. When it arrived, I tried the garment on. While I thought it was very unflattering, the girl in the store insisted it was fine and that steaming the dress would help the fabric drape more appropriately. Well that's not the case. My daughter is getting married in July, over a month ago she made an appointment to look at bridesmaids and Jr bridesmaids dresses. Yesterday was our appointment and it was a disaster from the beginning. Been on hold for 25 minutes trying to reach somebody about getting my dress shipped. Management has been extremely unresponsive to my previous calls. It has been 6 weeks since my dress came in and I still do not have it. Terrible customer service and I do NOT recommend getting Davids Bridal to ship your dress. The 17 dollar charge isn't worth it.

I had a 2pm appointment. I called and asked if I could push it back 30 minutes and was told no. I ended my meeting early and got there at 2, ended up waiting 10 minutes for my consultant to help me. I told her the type of dress I was looking for, she told me the dresses are supposed to be in order, but they aren't, she is still working with someone else so look around and let me know what I want her to pull, and went back to who she was with. I had made an appointment over a month ago for my bridesmaids to be fitted for their dresses. Our appointment was at 12:30pm. We got there at 12:30 and it was so crowded my girls were told they would have to share a dressing room and go one at a time. What’s the point of making an appointment?! Also we were told we only have 7 days to pick up the dress! Our experience at David’s bridal was overwhelming. I made an appointment online for 8 bridesmaids and when I called to confirm the timing it wasn’t even in the system because they said making appointments online wasn’t showing up on their system. Luckily they still had an appointment available at the right time. When we arrived we were supposed to had been given two change rooms and we only had one to start.
