Drive an hour ten minutes to this shop. Basically waited on ourselves because our sales associate walked off. When my daughter found her dress the store associate ripped it while removing the security device. So we order the dress to come into the store. They decided just to send it to our home. It came in a rolled up in a T-shirt bag. When I called the store the manager acted like she was doing me a favor by offering to steam hello 180 dollar dress not a t-shirt. So I would have given a full 5 stars but I honestly am really upset that I didn’t get the whole ‘ring the bell’ experience. Maybe I’m just being too sensitive but I’m really upset that when I found the dress for my big day there was no excitement. Other than that I did have a rather good visit and am glad I found my dress.

I was extremely disappointed with customer service at David’s bridal. The initial dress appointment went well (aside from the store being utter chaos with a ton of other groups trying in dresses). My bridesmaid tried on a dress that she loved - but it had a gap in the material over the chest. We were assured by the David’s bridal staff that this was just a tear in the floor model, and that if she were to order this dress the gap would not be there. I found the dress I needed.. Paid for it and they told me they would order it and be receiving it by March 23rd.. About a month later.. Since the dress was going to need alterations I was told I needed to come wearing the strapless bra and shoes that I planned to wear on my special day. Brought My Daughter In To Look At Wedding Dresses And We Were Highly Disappointed!! 3 Out Of The 4 Ppl We Spoke To That Worked There Were Very Rude. NOBODY Approached Us At All And When I Did Ask A Question She Didn't Know The Answer.. I Suggest That On The Weekends You Hire More Sales People Because They Informed Me They Were Too Busy... Very Dismissive And Rude. We Ended Up Going To The West Springfield Store Where My Daughter Actually Purchased Her Dress Because They Were Very Helpful And Nice.

Dresses were dirty, wrinkled, and no time to really try things on. Had a 30 minute slot for 3 girls all in the small tiny dressing room. Reminded 15 min in that time was up....

Just be sure to get an honest return policy explained to you when you purchase. Unfortunately I was told that if I ever had second thoughts or wanted to exchange the dress that if it wasn't altered that I could do so. I believe that they neglected to say 'with in 90 days', of which I would have adhered to and remembered. Just a heads up to brides shopping here, I'm glad I called before going in for my second appointment.
