When I showed up to my appointmrnt, they showed me the wedding gowns they had available. VERY limited options....barely any dresses. Literally walked in and left 10 minutes later as there were NO wedding gowns that even caught my eye.
From the day I walked into this place it’s been nothing but a disaster. I told myself I would never shop here after they destroyed my sisters dress in alterations, but I found a dress I loved and it was at David’s. One thing after another it’s been bad. David’s bridal is just awful. I’ve tried to contact someone about an issue I had and I was promised a response within 24-72 hours. Tomorrow will be two weeks since. I left a review on google And was asked to message them and I have yet to hear back from them. Take your business elsewhere this is the worst bridal company.

My 18 year old daughter went to the Cootman store, picked out her dress for her brother's wedding. She is a SIZE 4 in dresses, 3 in clothes yet they ordered her a size 10, an 8 came in, it falls right off of her. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????guess what I will NOT be bringing it to you for alterations nor will I be shopping there for my dress. Taking advantage of a high school kid is SAD!!!!! So yesterday was my appointment with my three bridesmaids. The Consultant was ok. She wasn’t much help when it came to asking for advice on different dresses that flowed together for my different body type bridesmaids. i will not return to this Davids every; however i will go to another. We did not have an appointment and only wanted to look at colors today. I was told to sign in, and once a lady did come to us, i informed her of the situation, she was short cold and not too helpful. I did ask if i could just LOOK at a certain bridal gown and she said well that's a different department so I can't help you. Horrible service , the employees are rude and if your budget isn’t giving them a big enough commission they aren’t interested in helping you. My consultant was Jackie my appt was at 630 it was 7 and I had not tried one dress on when I picked out a dress I wanted to try out I was in the room for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back. Yea the dresses are priced cheaper than other places but the cheap prices match the cheap service they offer. Beyond disappointed

I bought my daughters dress at the Saginaw store and was upset because they sold another dress like hers to another girl from her school. Our dress was paid in full and ordered. While they were willing to work with us their selection of prom dresses at this point was about 4 dresses. we didnt like any of them. they would not give us a refund but said we could use our credit at the Flint store.
