Our consult was very nice even though They were very busy. I was really mad I found the dress i wanted and can't get it since the girl had down the wrong wedding date and it wouldn't come in in time for my wedding!!!! I even confirmed the date when I walked in. She never asked my budget until I was like I'm not trying this dress on its way over my budget. You'd think that doing the dress shopping would be nothing short of fun! I'll make a long story short. I'm in a wedding and we got our bridesmaid's dresses from this store, and the bride, her dress. Initial visit, we were all excited. It actually was going great. We were told alterations were included in our dresses and coupons could be used. We ended up going back to order our dresses. My sister found a dress but only a store in Canada (Edmonton) had her size. So we TRIPLE checked both with the store in Canada and again with the store in Novi that if needed we could exchange it for a different dress in the US. I️ would just like to say I️ can definitely say I️ am never coming back to this store ever again. I️ have worked at another davids for three years and I’m absolutely appalled at the way I️ was treated by my stylist Mary. Horrible customer service. My dress was a wrinkled mess and when I asked about getting it pressed and streamed they told me it was $40! They explained to me that all their dresses come in small boxes and they can’t help the fact that they come wrinkled. If this is the case they should press them before handing them to the customers. I almost cried when I saw how wrinkled it was. I called corporate and they said the store would only press the outside of my dress, I never went back in because I didn’t trust the manager she see... read more

When I showed up to my appointmrnt, they showed me the wedding gowns they had available. VERY limited options....barely any dresses. Literally walked in and left 10 minutes later as there were NO wedding gowns that even caught my eye.
