I went to try on different dresses and my specific consultant was not helpful at all. I felt so incredibly rushed and was only allowed to try on a certain number of dresses. When I tried on one that I picked out and liked she just disappeared. So since I was so rushed I settled for it. Now I feel like I’m stuck with the dress that I am not even in love with. I was in on a Saturday, which I understand is the busiest day, and I expected my associate to be placed with 2 brides. She began working with me first, and after pulling 4 dresses, we decided to go ahead to the dressing room to get started. Although the prices are good on dresses, the alterations or grossly overpriced. The wait times are horrific, and they clearly have no idea to multitask, and offer efficient customer service. Fairly disappointed.

I’m only giving them a 1 because I can’t go any lower.. i had an appointment for my bridesmaids to get their dresses scheduled since November 12th. The service was HORRIBLE! Our consultant Jeanna was no where to be found ever we had to keep going to the front to have them send her back to us. So consistently pulled the wrong dresses in the wrong sizes. I was so excited to go dress shopping... Its supposed to be a good experience.... This place took that from me.....Any one getting married or in need of a formal dress... I was put in a room today by a young man to try on my purchased brides maid dress he put no name on the door and there apparently was no lock—workers opened the door twice with out knocking first while I was undressed and walked away without apology. I do so wish I did NOT have to check any stars. We were totally ripped off to the tune of almost 60%!!! Shopped with my daughter for her prom dress 2 wks ago and had a mediocre experience. The consultant was basically not helpful. Plus, she only told us after we had paid that the purchase was a final sale??!
