Horrible experience, I went with my friend to look for her wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses for myself, she had an appt from 2-3 it was very disorganized, we finally got our appt at 2:30 when we were on time then when we went back the girl helped us with bridesmaids dresses and said that’s all her appt was for....what???the main reason we were their is for her not to find bridesmaids dresses so then she went to complain they said well we will see if a 3 o’clock appt doesn’t show up so we waited around and she was called ... read more

My daughter registered for an appointment on line, when we got there they said there was no appointment and she would have to make another one. Even tho she had proof they would not honor it. She found a very stunning dress some where else.

So iv been in a few times in the last few weeks. The one time I came in with my maid of honor to try on wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses the girl Kurstin was extremely helpful and really listened to what I was wanting. I give her a 5 Star. But last Saturday I came in with all 4 of my girls to find dresses for all of them and the experience was horrible. We only had one room in a cramped cornor. Horrible experience. I would recommend to nobody! Can’t even believe the comments that was made to my bridal party in regards to a situation that was in their hands, and their hands only. After discovering that the original bridesmaid dress was completely sold out of every store and the warehouse, they recommended that the remainder of the girls who still had to purchase their dress, buy a different style or color. Monroe street toledo ohio. Rude staff and management, 6 bridesmaid dresses and my bridal gown purchased at the same time. I nor my bridesmaids were ever contacted when our dresses came in, and then I get a phone call saying if I don’t pick up my dress they’re sending it back (paid in full) they NEVER emailed nor called any of us! didn’t even help me in my dress when I picked it up and the manager raised her voice at my mother on the phone. I wish I didn’t even have to give this store one star, I’m in the wedding business and would NEVER treat my brides like this. They were great, until we purchased the product and then they screwed up the orders of bridesmaids dresses, treated the bride with disrespect and still have not returned my call on the complaint. Keep in mind I called the main office and explained the situation to them, they had the store call the wrong person back and question why they wanted a discount and acted as if they had no clue what was goin... read more
