If you could give less than one star I would and that’s being generous. Customer Service is awful! So awful the supposed “stylist” literally opened the dressing room door while our bride was changing and told her she needed the dress she was wearing for another bride and to take it off! Also told our bride she couldn’t try on any more dresses would have to come back another time wouldn’t pull any dresses and wouldn’t let us look at any to pick! Not helpful very rude!
The absolute worst shopping experience of my daughter and my life! She cried the whole way to Knoxville where we were treated like customers should be treated! David’s Bridal only had two dresses in plus sizes. Both of them hideous!! The consultant was rude unhelpful and would not measure my daughter. We had an appointment, what good that did, but was ignored. She treated us like we couldn’t afford anything and wasn’t worth her time. I bought a gorgeous Melissa sweet dress from this store upon ordering they told me to come back in October (6 months away) to get it. When I got there they tried to give me the dress off the rack instead of ordering me a brand new one. I explained I wanted a new one not the one off the rack and would like it ordered in a 12. Absolute shit show. First they didn’t even have us on the schedule. Then said someone would be out to help us so we could start looking at styles. We pulled dresses for every bridesmaid to try on. Never once did anyone come help us. I had to request for someone to assist us and find us fitting rooms. She gave us rooms finally and said someone would come help us. Worst customer service ever... I came in for my appointment time and the entire time I was there my stylist only showed up once.... She was very snotty and informed me that she wouldn't have a lot of time for me as she was busy helping another bride. My bridesmaids got to try on dresses and I didn't. Even tho I had an apt for me to as well.... I left in tears with no dress idea in mind for me or my girls.....

Worst experience ever! Waited almost 10 minutes after our appointment time for someone to even acknowledge we were there. The woman that helped us was very unkind and quite rushed. I wanted my girlfriend to help with my corset bra and she got snippy saying it’s her job. Then while taking off the first dress she yanked my hair and pulled a chunk out. Absolutely horrible. The store manager is ignorant and most certainly shouldn't be working retail! She is miserable. I felt uncomfortable. Dress shopping for your wedding should be exciting. She ruined that. Taking my business elsewhere!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the third time I’ve been to David’s and the second time I’ve had Amanda. The first time we went was for my girls bridesmaid dresses. Amanda did not help my girls at all, forced 5 girls into one room, 6 including my mother and we had an appointment. She then continued to tell one of my girls that her dress would zip when she had the right size, when in fact she was measured it was her exact size.
