This is the second time that I have been to this David Bridal since I started shopping for my wedding. The first time I went to try on dresses for myself. It was a night that wasn’t busy and I still managed to get a consultant that paid no attention to me whatsoever. We bought my granddaughters wedding gown at David's Bridal in January 2017. Her wedding got postponed and it is not until 2018 now. They never once offered to store the gown, house the gown or give us any information on what to do with the gown for the year that it's going to wait to be hanging in a closet. It's like they don't care about you or the gown once you pay for it and leave the store. We went back this week for bridesmaids dresses. I bought my wedding dress here and it was a decent experience. The woman helping me was not prepared for my appointment though and she made no effort to help me find dresses I liked in anything close to my size. This was all fine because I found my dream dress. The real trouble was today. I went in for my fitting and it was an absolute disaster. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Veronica was suppose to help us. Didn't smile, showed no interest in helping us and ended up leaving us to do everything on our own. In the beginning of the appointment, she suggested a dress to us that we didn't like the style or color, she said "ugh my goodness" as if we were a bother. NO ONE should ever feel this way. Went at the end of December to order my MOH gown. The store was busy, but the lack of attention paid to me was poor customer service. The woman assisting me was all over the place, and I had a gut feeling that something would certainly go wrong. After weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to call today. Worst service I have ever received. Consultants have horrible attitudes. Mine in particular sighed and complained when we told her our appointment was for bridesmaid dresses. Then alterations asked us to come back at 6pm when our appointment was at 2. Don’t waste your time or money. This place is AWFUL.

I bought my wedding dress at the David’s bridal in Attleboro MA, and came here for our bridesmaids dresses. When we arrived our consultant showed us what rooms we would be in by simply pointing to a corner. After that we never saw her again as she was pre occupied with a bride. Then she came over, I asked if they had my wedding dress so I could try it on and show my bridesmaids, she pulled it but I told her it didn’t look like the right color. If you could give less than one star I would and that’s being generous. Customer Service is awful! So awful the supposed “stylist” literally opened the dressing room door while our bride was changing and told her she needed the dress she was wearing for another bride and to take it off! Also told our bride she couldn’t try on any more dresses would have to come back another time wouldn’t pull any dresses and wouldn’t let us look at any to pick! Not helpful very rude!
