Absolutely horrible. I don't know about all David's Bridals, but especially this one.!!. I found my dress there the ending of December, put a deposit down to hold it for 2 months. Went back in, in early January to put it on again for other people to see. When we got there, they had no idea what I was talking about because they never registered my dress to my name... and questioned me as to if I was sure it was there store I went to and not a diffrent one.They said they don't usually hold dresses for that long. The sales person was very nice, attentive and helpful! We made a appointment 2 weeks before we got there. when we got there we waited and walked around because we were a little early for our appointment. when we went back they gave us the walk in dressing room, in the back where all the bathrooms and stuff is. We had absolutely no room to move. Why we were put in the back with no room is beyond me, but we were told that someone had taken my dressing room beforehand. Other then that overall good dresses for a decent price!

Drove over an hour to come shop here and they closed early because of the weather!!!!!! Huge disappointment!!! All other stores around are open!

Worst experience, would never recommend going here. Apparently made the worst decision making this my first stop to look for a wedding dress. Worst customer service. Was rushed during my entire appointment, even though we arrived 15 minutes before the start of my appointment which was at 2, did not try my first dress on until 2:35. The consultant kept saying hurry up hurry up your times almost up, my boss won’t let me go over an hour for your appointment, was ripping dresses off of me and throwing another one on. Had an appointment but was NOT treated like a bride at all. Rushed thru some and waited forever to get the attention my daughter deserves. Finally got accessories at the end and woops .. there goes the consultant again. I'll drive her to the beach to get the attention she deserves.

When a bride comes in to find her dream dress, but ends up being a burden to the sick lead consultant it becomes quite irritating . Not to mention the fact of the obvious chaos, and over booking. When you can’t even look at a dress without 10 people walking in front of you ! Definitely not a place I would choose to spend my money!

Poor customer service yesterday!! OMG!!! I can’t believe the way we were treated!! I won’t never recommend Davids Bridal again.....Im sad that I have to come back in a few weeks for another wedding Im in. I wish the bride to be would pick somewhere else. I hope we are treated with respect this time! Even the manager was so rude!! We end up leaving store after 3hrs because we were ready to purchase ALL our dresses and they kept saying the registers was down. We end up ordering all of it online!! Worst bridal shopping experience I've ever had. The space was awful--no privacy and tripping over other groups trying on dresses. The consultant, while very nice, was working with at least four other groups as well as ours during our appointment so was not available for assistance, questions, etc. Finally, I understand offering floor samples as "discounted clearance," but I don't understand offering dresses for sale with tears that cannot be repaired (e.g,, holes in the lace, not on seams, large holes in the veils, etc.),... read more
