I had a great experience shopping for my dress back in January of last year. I was just recently in this month to drop my dress off for alterations and I had a terrible experience! I called down the day before and asked what I needed to bring with me — they said my shoes I’m wearing for my wedding and my under garments.. I get there, I get a receipt for $350 and I’m told I have to pay right that day before they can start alterations — don’t you think I should have been told this when I first made my appointment? Sorry it can’t be better but I was really disappointed. 4 of us went there with my niece to find her dress and the dresses were dull, drab, and unexciting. The person helping us was nice but I thought she could have been more bubbly and been into the sale a bit more. We went to a shop afterwards in San Carlos and went thru a much better experience and found “the dress”...

Although I was not the bride, my best friend was. She was scheduled for her fitting. We were so excited and very enthused. The dresses were all so beautiful along with accessories. However our expectations were quickly blown up. This particular store needs a make over with their staff. They show no enthusiasm. No hype. No fun. It just completely brought our moral down. Worst customer service ever. The small black lady was SO rude because of my wedding date. She said there was no point for me to be in there and I was wasting her time. She then LEFT me to help someone else. I am furious! Will never shop here! They lost a huge wedding party!!
