Yesterday I was at this location with my best friend who is getting married. She had made an apt for her 6 bridesmaids to find dresses. When we got there, Angela was who helped us. Our bride had to use the rest room and so when Angela asked us what we were looking for, we responded that we weren't sure. Her response was "well you have an hour and time is ticking." I wish I could give a negative rating for this store. Horrible service. Our bride made an appointment for us to see bridesmaids dresses. We showed up about 20 minutes early and started looking around. The consultant came over and ushered us off to the dressing rooms. Once we got over there, myself and the other bridesmaid were given one dressing room to share. Luckily we are close friends and we were comfortable with that. I will never go to this David’s bridal ever again!! The service was horrible.. I was there for 2 of my bridesmaids to find dresses for my wedding and we ended up doing all the work and they had to share a room!! The person that was helping us was also helping other people so when we needed her she was no where to be found!! I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone!! Infact we canceled another appointment for next month for another wedding that we where going to be in. And found dresses for them at another store!!

I had set an appointment for 2 o'clock. When I walked in the door I was treated as if I was just a walk-in to begin with. They then sent me on my own to find dresses that I would like. I had already been for one appointment in another store and wanted to reconsider my choices. One particular dress from my favorites was put in my dressing, and I watched the dress leave my room FOUR times before I was actually able to get into my dressing room to try it on. I called the day before my visit to the store. Asked the lady if I needed an appointment or not, I only needed a bridesmaid dress. She said it was ok and didnt make an appointment for me. I drove all the way from Odessa. To my surprise I did needed an appointment and could not try anything on. The worst part was the lady at the front, blond with short hair, she was extremely rude, yelled and everything, she would not let me explain my situation at all.... she really made me feel terrible....

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the store manager Ashley and stylist Annie. I am my sisters maid of honour (proudly I might add). She has had 3 trips to this store. 2 of those 3 the store didnt have her wedding dress saved to her profile! Luckily she keeps her recipe on her at all times and they were able to qoute "find it" talk about not 1 heart attack but 2 for the bride!
