I wish I could review this with 0 stars. Two weeks ago I brought my daughter in to look for a white dress for DYW (Jr Miss), the young lady who helped us was very sweet, especially since we did not have an appointment. We explained to her that we needed a short flowing dress, to the knees. My daughter tried on several short dresses but did not like any. The sales lady then started bringing us long dresses and told us that ANY long dress we liked could be cut to the knees by their seamstress. Even the snobby manager was help... read more

This place steals your money with no remorse. Offers up promises they don’t keep and when you complain they apologize and lie some more about helping you out and making things right. I was promised calls back in 24hrs...yet no call. I was promised a refund...yet no refund. Their return policy is a scam, even when they send the wrong size of dress they make you pay the shipping to send it back to them and make you buy another dress before they will refund the money. I had a lady named Megan M. helping me today she was rude and I felt like she was very rushed. I understand that many of the dresses run small but I asked her if she could zip up my dress and she said “oh honey I think we need to size up. That is not gonna zip.” I felt so embarrassed since there was lost of other people around as she said this. I ended up trying on at least 10-12 dresses and everytime I came out of the dressing room she was no where to be found I had to have someone else help me zip up my dress and she even ... read more

My dress arrived while I was out of town for my grandfathers funeral. David’s bridal refused to hold the dress for me. Management said I must pick it up by friday. I will never do business with David’s bridal again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I would tell them to refund my money if it wouldn’t ruin my friends wedding. I am so disappointed and disgusted.

I went there with my bridal party got our bridesmaids dresses. I had to place one order on the phone as my bridesmaid could not be there. I was told on phone that it was free shipping which was awesome..now its a month later and we get the call dress is in the store come pick it up or pay to have it shipped. i called to talk to someone she said she would talk to manager and call me back that was three days ago. Worst experience ever. Late appointment, inexperienced assistant-she literally disappeared at the end so we didn’t even know what to do to order. I can’t even explain all of the things that went wrong. It was just an awful experience and took away from the special occasion that it should be.
