I paid over $200 for a bridesmaid dress, sadly the wedding has been called off. The store won’t accept the dress back or refund me. It hasn’t been touched. I ordered it from the website and it’s been in a cloth bag hanging in my closet for a few months. So upset. Change the return policy.

Terrible experience with getting my bridesmaids dresses here. First of all to start I made an appointment online and I had 4 bridesmaids getting dresses and my mom and my fiancés mom. When I got that the lady that was assigned to help us was already helping 2 other parties. She was not attentive to us and there was only 2 dressing rooms to share between 6 people. we had an appointment for 3 bridesmaid dress try ons & a separate one right after for my best friends wedding dress. our associate was not helping really at all. she’d be sitting in the chairs we had while we tried on dresses, we couldn’t find her a lot of the time, we were out looking for dresses for all of us ourselves, when it came time to try them on, again she was nowhere to be found so we’d be clipping them and adjusting them ourselves, our bride would ask for something specific and she’d give her the opposite.. just a... read more

I was completely appalled by the customer service I received today at David’s bridal in Danvers the customer service here could really ruin your experience thank goodness for blushing bride down the way customer service was amazing and I found the perfect dress and I did not feel rushed

My daughters flower girl dress was ordered, but came in to small. The manager, Corrine, went above and beyond to help us find a better fit and made sure it was in stock and would be here in time for the wedding. I did not feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Can’t recommend this store enough.

I went to the sixth avenue location in Manhattan on November 25th. I was taken back for my appointment about 20 minutes late. Then someone from customer service came to help me, because the person who was supposed to help me still wasn’t available. The woman from customer service was super nice and helpful. When the woman whose actual job was to help me find a wedding dress (Melissa), she was very unhelpful. Any time I asked questions, she answered very vaguely and didn’t actually answer my questions.
