I had an ok experience at the shop, unfortunately I didn't find anything that I loved but the worst part is the harassment by Davids Bridal and its partners! They will share all of your information with hundreds of other vendors who will email you multiple times a day and call and leave you voicemails hoping to get your business. All of this harassment is ridiculous because I never agreed for my information to be shared, so I called corporate and asked politely to be removed from their database about a month ago, here we are... read more

I arrived late but it didn’t matter, they booked 2 clients at the same time, which in my opinion, if you are spending hundreds of dollars should be exclusive to one client at a time. The woman we worked with was nice but I (the bride) didn’t even have a chair to sit in. We stood for the entire visit until someone else left. Plus the woman couldn’t even remember the sizes and dresses my girls wanted to try so some girls were given too big dresses while others were given too small. It was ridiculous. WARNING!!! DO NOt COME HERE!!!!! Brought in my bridesmaid to get measured and we trusted their expertise to order her correct size. When the dress came in (days before the wedding) the dress was very small! They offered to alter it to make it into a size bigger and we have 4 days until the wedding so we had no choice but to pay. Instead of reordering the correct size they charged us 135 extra!!! To fix it. I called customer service and all they could say was sorry I don’t know why the store did this. I had an appointment Nov. 11 to look at wedding dresses. I was going to be a little late because of traffic and living an hour away so I called to let them know. They said it was fine. I get there and get told I have to wait for all the other brides scheduled after me to get put with an employee, which was about 30 minutes. Fine, that was my fault for being late. We encountered friendly and polite salespeople. Very patient, helpful and enthusiastic. Zero complaints regarding workers. Store was clean, well organized and most importantly not hot! Miserable to try on dress after dress and be uncomfortable. We purchased three bridesmaid dresses at the Lafayette, LA store on our first appointment date. Adam, one of managers, was excellent!
