This is the worst place ever - do NOT I repeat do NOT go here. After paying $500 for alterations they ruined the dress. This was my friend’s daughter in law to be’s Dress. They stopped counting at 14 holes in the dress where they had hemmed along with other mistakes. Might I add this is 2 weeks before the wedding. Thanks Davids bridal for ruining her dress! This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with EVER! The other one star reviews are accurate if they don't get it right the fight time they will be rude to you and give you a run around. I was so excited when I found a dress I really loved. I went to pick it up, I was thrilled. I was going to leave it in the bag and wait until my wedding to put it on as I didn't need alterations. Please do not get your dress here! My dress broke on my wedding day and their customer service has done nothing but continue to put me through a stressful situation!!!! I reached out to them before my wedding and now after my wedding, after the dress broke on my wedding, after all the bad service.. They are offering to fix my dress and that's it. Why would I care to have my dress fixed at this point?! David's bridal is horrible!!

Walked in with four screenshots of dresses for the mother of the bride off of David Bridals website. The designer consair pulled those as well as a few additional styles after listening to the venue’s formality to determine and assist as to the level of design appropriate for the reception. 😊 Walked out with a dress and shoes in less than an hour with zero alterations needed. 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

David’s Bridal Oakdale... I cannot even put into words the just how terrible this company is. Now let me start off by saying I have NEVER left a negative comment/review on a company’s page, so why not leave the first one about the company I dedicated 8 years of my life to?!? Where do I begin? The Dresses are awesome but I think the employees are overworked. They make too many mistakes including ordering the wrong dress for my bridesmaids. A mistake that would have been dissapointing for me on my wedding day. Her attitude was good and she was very helpfull. Tip ..cashiers should always double check the dresses by showing them to the bride before check out, if one of my bridesmaids did not catch the error by noticing the description of the dress on the receipt was the wrong one, I would have been doomed. If I could give no stars I would. We went into the Deptford David's Bridal to get a mother of the groom dress. We walked in for our appointment time and were treated very unwelcomed by the check-in clerk. When we went to the dress selection, our dress consultant was very pushy and asked us if we were buying today before even trying the dresses on.
