Really poor service from the staff. My bridesmaid got one call that she had to pick her dress up that same day. Manager was not helpful. Sad I picked this place to use for bridesmaid. Disappointed in this location and glad that I didn't buy my dress here .

This place is a joke. Messed up my sister's wedding dress order, and then the same girl ordered the completely wrong bridesmaid dress for me. They acted like they didn't care at all. Will never recommend this place and will never go back.

I visited this store with a friend yesterday. She was looking for a bridesmaid dress. We were not greeted when we entered the store, but acknowledged 10 minutes later by a staff member to ask me to leave my coffee at the front counter. I helped my friend pull several dresses that were available in the color theme of her friend's wedding. Again, not one of the many sales associates offered any help. I could not be more frustrated with David's Bridal. I found a veil and shoes that on their website that I loved! (based on the photos on the website.) I called the Duluth store to ask of they had the items in their store so I could see them in person before ordering them and the associate I spoke to (I won't call her out on facebook) told me unfortunately they did not. Was very disappointed again, 4 years ago, my oldest daughter brought her wedding dress here and had to have it altered,when went to pick it up it has shorter on one side. So thought things might have changed, but once again. I was wrong. My younger daughter went to pick up her dress after it was being altered once again one side shorter than the other, and was taken in on side terribly wrong, so once again had to leave it. Went to Davids bridal thinking it would be a great experience and the perfect spot for my girls to find their bridesmaid dresses( which we did thanks to the one great sales lady we had) ever since then ordering in these dresses have been a complete run off! Started off with my first bridesmaid dress being shipped to the UPS store when it was suppose to stay at Davids , then the next 4 dresses to show up they waited to call my girls about a week after they showed up to the store! Was not impressed with this place at all. The experience of trying on dresses and the lady helping me out was good, although she did not give me any options on veils. I got called and emailed that my special order was in and I had 5 days left to pick it up (I live over an hour away). I get there and it's not my dress it's the slip that goes underneath my dress and they ordered the wrong one. After an hour trying to figure it out they gave me a different one.
