I am hugely grateful for Rindy, and the staff at David's Bridal in Monroe, LA! While traveling to see my future mother-in-law and sister-in-law, the wedding excitement took over and we decided to have an impromptu wedding dress shopping day. Without an appointment, Rindy was so kind and worked us into an already-busy day so that we could have a special experience together. I ended up buying a dress, and will always have such a warm, fun memory of wedding dress shopping with my new family. Thank you, Rindy and staff!

Had an excellent experience with my 5 bridesmaids at David's picking out dresses :). The consultant Laura was very helpful. We've since run into a problem. We've had one bridesmaid back out of the wedding party so we've had to replace her. I called David's to see if we could exchange the one dress for a different size and was told to bring in the new bridesmaid, dress and the receipt and they'll see what they can do. I'm really hoping we can get it exchanged to fit the new bridesmaid!
I have waited longer than most to have this experience as a Bride, I would not recommend this location. Where I live there is 1 Bridal Shop so I decided to go out of town. I didn't realize till I made an appointment on a $99 Sale weekend. When the consultant called to confirm she stated that this sale was happening but since I made an appointment they would have time for me.... Some of the co-workers are okay, and the other ones are just rude. Every time I go in, theres a different type of rule to there business. It's very frustrating especially because i'm the bride and have to do business with them. They have made mistakes with my order and even after it was there mistake, they look at you like your dumb. Some are great and some are unprofessional and rude! If you can go to another location, GO!

I went to try on wedding dresses I told her what my amount to spend was she gave me dresses over my amout so ok I went a head tried them on then she was helping another women ok that's fine but I don't like she was gone from me a long time she told the other women she's pretty and not me too. she got mad I was takeing to long tried to make me take anything. Awful dress place the dress smell soooo bad you'll want to puke, sales people were extremely rude, and we bought a dress n had it only 3 hours wanted to return it because we found a cuter one for aloooot less and they won't let us return.

My experience at Davids Bridal was horrific. I have never been so upset with my wedding planning as I was this day. I called months prior to see when I should have my girls get their dresses. They gave me the date of March 23rd to come in. We arrived at Davids and as we walked in I told the girl what we wanted and she told us to look. We did we found the PERFECT dress for them. We went to check out and it couldn't be in for 17 weeks my wedding is June 10th. That wouldn't work so in between my girls tried on at least 25 dress... read more
